Bridging cultures.
Uniting teams.

Harry Bissell founded EQUIPT to support
international football players. After a
life-changing move to Japan due to the 2008
financial crisis, he discovered a talent for
interpreting while playing for an amateur
team. This sparked a career that inspired him
to create EQUIPT.

Observing the challenges players face, Harry
embraced Japan’s model of deeply integrated
interpreters. He aims to make this the global
standard, ensuring players can adapt,
communicate, and perform at their best.

For Harry, EQUIPT isn’t just a business — it’s a
mission to bridge cultures and help players
thrive, transforming football worldwide.
